Omid J. Afati is a California attorney specializing in estate planning, trust administration, and probate, helping individuals and families create comprehensive plans to protect their legacies and avoid probate complications. With over five years of prior litigation experience in trust and estate disputes, including elder abuse, trustee removal, and trust interpretation—he brings unique insight to crafting estate plans designed to minimize family conflicts. Omid earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law and a B.S. in Business from the University at Buffalo, and co-founded the Tax Law Society during law school. In his free time, he enjoys sailing in San Diego Bay and has voyaged to Catalina Island multiple times.

Evan C. Page is a California State Bar-certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law who has assisted hundreds of clients with comprehensive estate planning documents and post-death administration. He holds a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he served as Feature Articles Editor of the Consumer Law Review, and a B.A. in Economics from UC Riverside. Originally from Redlands, California, Evan focuses on providing personalized, quality service to help clients feel comfortable throughout the estate planning process.
